Thank heaven for this app! I always know when my next period is coming and love being able to track how heavy my periods are. My periods are horrendous so its an absolute must to be able to plan vacations around it. I couldnt live without this app. The affirmations are a nice boost each day too. Ive had this app for many years now and it just gets better with each update. Every woman should have this app!
